2021 sees the 14th Record Store Day in the UK and the 6th at Spinning Discs Sheffield on Saturday 12th June and Saturday 17th July 2021.

Due to popular demand we’ll once again be opening our doors at 8am and closing them at 5pm.  Last year the first person stood in the queue around 4.15am (so the 2019 record of 3am wasn’t broken) – So bring a warm jacket and shoes!

On the day itself and the following weeks we’ll (as ever) sell all of our RSD stock on a first come first served basis (as we’re sure you already know) and we do have the right to not serve any one if we think they are going to ‘flip it’ (i.e. put it straight on to eBay et cetera) as this isn’t what RSD is about.

For Record Store Day in 2021 we’ll be looking at some socially distanced / responsible events – and keep you posted

Our Record Store Day Queue Quiz (compiled by our very own Popmaster Dan) will be back to keep those brains ticking over with prizes including a £25 Record Token and a selection of other goodies!

You can see lists of all the quality vinyl exclusives here – RSD Full List 07.04.21 – and on Record Store Day itself we’ll keep you all up to date with what’s in and what’s not via our Twitter (@Spinning_Discs) feed

A big thanks to all of you who came along to see us on the three Record Store Days in 2020 #RSD20 – We’re sure that we’ll see you on the two Record Store Days in 2021 – if not before!

And finally, don’t forget that it’s RSD everyday!
