As 2017 hits fourth gear the new albums are coming in thick and fast, this week we’ve got a right fresh bag for you all!

First up is Moon Duo’s Occult Architecture Volume 1, their fourth album to date and first of two volumes to come out this year. Out on red marbled vinyl too! Next up are debut albums from Danish brothers Communions and Sampha (you may have heard of him from his SBTRKT collaborations), both stunning efforts and exciting prospects for the future. Elbow’s 7th studio album comes in the form of Little Fictions, an intriguing change in atmosphere but still with Guy Garvey’s touch of the magnificent.

And there’s plenty more new in after these 4, a compilation of unreleased Roy Ayers Ubiquity jazz-funk heat, 4 Françoise Hardy albums and the new Black Star Riders LP on a picture Disc.

We’re also in the process of beefing up our select second hand section in the Record Emporium, lots of new funk, soul and disco stuff in. Get down and dig yourself silly!
